A day in the Dolomites
  Val di Fassa and Val Gardena

Preliminary Program *
8.00 a.m. Bus departure from Trento (meeting point: Grand Hotel Trento, via Alfieri, 1/3)
10.30 a.m. Arrival in Campitello di Fassa, a village situated at 1448 m over the sea. Coffee break.
11.15 a.m. Arrival at Sella Pass (2244 m). Short and nice walk (40 minutes) to mountain hut Rifugio Friedrich August (2298m).

From the terrace of the hut, in the heart of the  Sassolungo, 
you will have a wonderful view of the  impressive and mighty
Dolomites.
12.00 a.m. Lunch at Rifugio Friedrich August. 

        Gruppo del Sassolungo
2.45 p.m. Return to the bus and departure to Ortisei – Val Gardena –
3.15 p.m. Arrival in Ortisei (1236 m).  Coffee break and visit of the  town centre. 
4.00 p.m. Bus departure to Trento. Arrival at around 6.00 p.m..
