  • Awarded a two-year EU Marie Curie Research Training Grant for the development and application of laser spectroscopy techniques (with particular reference to Resonance Enhanced Multiphoton Ionisation-REMPI) to the study of state selected reaction dynamics, photochemistry and dynamical stereochemistry in the gas phase.
  • Responsible for running and maintaining a state-of-the art time-of-flight mass (TOF) spectrometer coupled with several laser systems (Nd:Yag pumped dye lasers, optical parametric oscillator) to generate wavelengths in the VIS, UV and IR regions.
  • Tutor in physical and theoretical chemistry classes to 2nd and 3rd year undergraduate students.
