Research: My research concerns the theoretical physics of many-body interacting systems, ranging from hadrons to biomolecules. In the last several years my focus has been mostly on the investigation of the dynamics of bio-polymers. I have also carried out research on the electro-weak structure of hadrons, on topological aspects of the QCD vacuum, on quark diffusion in super-hot matter and on graphene nano-wires and nano-ribbons. Profile: I am a faculty member of the Physics Department of the University of Trento. I am part of the group for Theoretical Nuclear Physics and Related Areas, and a member of the Laboratorio Interdisciplinare per le Scienze Computazionali (LISC).
