Simulations of Binary Neutron Star Mergers in Trento

Abstract

I will give an overview of the latest projects on binary neutron star merger simulations performed by our numerical relativity group in Trento. I will present results for binary neutron star systems with different equations of state, magnetic field configurations, and mass ratios. I will also briefly present my ongoing work on the implementation of finite temperature effects and neutrino-matter interaction in our simulations.
